No childcare? No problem!
Our fitness program was created for moms and moms to be.
Children 6 weeks and up (no max age limit) are welcome to accompany their moms in all of our classes, excluding our Get Low Kardio dance fitness class on Saturday mornings. However, we do offer Childcare exclusive to our group so you can participate in that class.
We believe that its important for children to learn the importance of fitness early on by seeing you engaged in and dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. Our program also allows children to get the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity a day as well as improve your child’s social skills by interacting with other children around their age.
Suggested items to bring for your children:
- Favorite activity (i.e. Toys, coloring book and crayons, book)
- Portable walker, or jumper (recommended for children ages 5 Months and up) *Sometimes we receive donations from other mother’s and may have one for your child to use.
- A light snack for your child to enjoy. 🙂
On-Site Childcare Supervisor
We understand some children may need a lot of Mommy’s attention, but you have the desire to workout with minimal distractions.
For a small fee, a Childcare Supervisor will be on hand to assist mother’s with younger children on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, unless notified.
*Recommended for mother’s with children ages 6 weeks-18 months or children that need special attention i.e. need to be fed, held etc..
